About AID/DAI
Background
Development Assistance International (DAI) is a Non-Governmental Organization under Congolese law, created in 2010 in the province of South Kivu, east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Congolese NGO with special consultative status with the United Nations, which promotes peace, human rights, and community development and provides humanitarian aid to vulnerable populations at high risk in the East of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
DAI has been recognized by the operating authorization N°01/202/CAB/GOUPRO-SK/2011. It conducts its activities throughout the country (Democratic Republic of Congo) through N°JUST/SG/20/582/2011 of F.92/14.769 (Ministry of Justice and Keeper of the Seals) and Certificate of Registration N°077/PL/2011 (Ministry of Planning) as a non-profit association under Congolese law.
